Building Bridges Project
Now that Anglia Network has started working together more and more with English Academy Group Europe and English for Kids Foundation, our connections and contacts have grown into a global network of 17 countries. Therefore, we have expanded our High Five Project into Building Bridges.
Building Bridges in a growing international network
The idea behind our Building Bridges Project is to enjoy international connections, between teachers and students, by exchanging short movies and organizing Skype meetings, in a structured framework. Our High Five experiences of the last 3 years have taught us that flexibility is very important for the teachers, so we have created “windows” rather than set dates for the meetings and exchanges. Also, the number of meetings has gone down from 5 to 2, as the workload of most teachers and students seems to have gone up over the past few years, reactions show.
